Larry Sagely founded Liberty Systems in 1986 and has acted as Principal Organizational Transformation Consultant for the past 20 years. During this time, he has helped Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations significantly improve their business results while obtaining several national, state, and local level commendations. He has worked with all organizational levels in the areas of visioning, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, Malcolm Baldrige criteria assessments, customized organizational assessment and organizational development, team building, partnership building, and conflict management. Additionally, Mr. Sagely has supported HUD’s major M&M contractor grow from being a small business to a business with multiple offices throughout the United States. He is expert in the management and marketing of single family homes. His successes range widely from assisting family businesses to realize substantial profitability to business merger and acquisition projects. Prior to Liberty Systems, Mr. Sagely held several high-level positions with notable companies. His positions ranged from Marketing and Program Manager to President and CEO.

Mr. Sagely holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA and a B.S. in Electronics from California State University, Long Beach, CA. He also holds a certificate as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants in Washington, DC.
