What experience does LSMI have in the reo asset management industry?

LSMI has worked in the real estate industry for over a decade. We provided support to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Management & Marketing I, II, and III contracts. In our current contracts, we have managed over 13,000 properties in the Home Ownership Center areas: 1P (Michigan), 1D (Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Texas), and 1S (Arizona, Nevada, Idaho). Where do you offer your services?

Our corporate office is located in Southern California, however; we are not bound by our geographical location. Throughout the years we have worked with companies world-wide, most recently with companies in Japan.
